This Quality Policy is issued by Ya-Fatahoo Solutions Limited (trading as Pearl Security), Company No. 16175087, registered at 249 Barnsley Road, Sheffield, England, S4 7AD. It applies to all employees, security officers and contractors working on behalf of Pearl Security across all service areas including Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Leeds and Nottingham. This policy is reviewed annually.
1. Statement of Commitment
Ya-Fatahoo Solutions Limited, trading as Pearl Security, is committed to delivering consistently professional, reliable and compliant security services to every client, on every deployment, without exception. Quality is not a target we occasionally aim for — it is the standard we hold ourselves to every day, on every shift, across every site we protect.
Our commitment to quality means that every business and organisation that appoints Pearl Security as their security provider can expect the same high standard of service — whether they are a small retail business in Sheffield city centre, a logistics operator at iPort Doncaster or a construction contractor across the Rotherham and Barnsley development corridors.
2. Our Quality Standards
Pearl Security’s quality commitments are built on the following non-negotiable standards:
2.1 SIA Licensing Compliance
Every Pearl Security operative deployed in a commercial security role holds a current, valid SIA licence issued under the Private Security Industry Act 2001. SIA licences are verified before every deployment. We do not deploy any operative whose licence has expired, been suspended or revoked. Our SIA Licence: 1014558216157759.
2.2 BS 7858:2019 — Pre-Employment Vetting
Every Pearl Security employee and security officer is vetted to the BS 7858:2019 British Standard for pre-employment screening of security personnel before being deployed on any client site. This vetting includes:
- Identity verification
- Right to work in the UK confirmation
- Five-year employment history verification
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check
- Credit reference check
- Character reference verification
No operative who has not successfully completed BS 7858:2019 vetting will be deployed on any Pearl Security contract.
2.3 Training and Competence
All Pearl Security operatives receive appropriate training before deployment, including:
- SIA licence training and certification relevant to their role
- Conflict management and de-escalation training
- Site-specific induction at each new client premises
- Health and safety briefing in accordance with our Health & Safety Policy
- Emergency procedures and first response guidance
- Client-specific requirements as agreed in each service contract
2.4 Service Delivery Standards
Pearl Security commits to the following service delivery standards on every deployment:
- Officers will arrive punctually at the agreed deployment time
- Officers will be professionally uniformed and presented at all times
- Officers will conduct all duties in accordance with the agreed service specification
- Written shift reports will be submitted after every deployment
- Any incident, concern or deviation from the agreed service specification will be reported to the client and to Pearl Security management immediately
- All alarm response callouts will be attended promptly with a written incident report submitted after every activation
2.5 Client Communication
Pearl Security is committed to clear, proactive and responsive communication with all clients:
- All client enquiries will be responded to within two business hours during normal operating hours
- Emergency and out-of-hours management contact is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Clients will be notified immediately of any significant incident, change in deployment or service concern
- Regular service reviews will be offered to all contract clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction
3. Legal Compliance
Pearl Security is committed to full compliance with all legislation and regulations applicable to the provision of professional security services in the UK, including:
- Private Security Industry Act 2001 — SIA licensing compliance
- BS 7858:2019 — pre-employment vetting standard
- Working Time Regulations 1998 — working hours and rest period compliance
- Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 — workplace safety obligations
- Equality Act 2010 — non-discrimination in service delivery and employment
- UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 — data handling and client confidentiality
- Modern Slavery Act 2015 — ethical employment and supply chain standards
- National Minimum Wage Act 1998 — fair pay for all operatives
4. Continuous Improvement
Pearl Security is committed to the continuous improvement of our service quality. We achieve this through:
- Regular review of service delivery against agreed standards
- Client feedback — actively seeking and acting on feedback from all clients
- Incident review — investigating all incidents and near misses to identify lessons and prevent recurrence
- Staff development — supporting all operatives to maintain and develop their professional skills and SIA licensing
- Annual policy review — reviewing this Quality Policy and all related operational procedures at least annually
5. Complaints
Pearl Security takes all client complaints seriously. Any client who is dissatisfied with any aspect of our service should contact us immediately:

All complaints will be acknowledged within one business day and investigated promptly. We will provide a written response to all formal complaints within five business days. Where a complaint identifies a genuine service failure, we will take immediate corrective action and communicate the outcome to the client in writing.
6. Responsibilities
The Director — Muhammad Khan — has overall responsibility for quality management at Pearl Security. Every Pearl Security employee and security officer shares responsibility for upholding the quality standards set out in this policy. Any concern about service quality, compliance or professional standards must be reported to the Director immediately.
7. Policy Review
This Quality Policy will be reviewed by the Director at least annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legislation, industry standards or operational practices.
